Gisella's Ristorante: Authentic Italian Cuisine in Danbury, CT

I've been eating pizza from here for a while. This was the first time I actually sat inside to eat. The only bad part is it was a little loud and crowded both inside and in the parking lot. I took my dad for his birthday and we got moved to a quieter table, our meals were huge and my sausage peppers, and onions was great. Highly recommended

Had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment. I tried the penne pasta with vodka sauce and the chicken Parmesan, both dishes served nice and hot and full of flavor. The server Michelle was so nice and very helpful considering my first time there . Michelle made you feel comfortable. I will definitely be back to try other dishes

Visited for the first time and it was fantastic! We had the lunch specials. Veal & eggplant with ricotta in vodka sauce over spaghetti . WOW so good! Also Shrimp & Spinach in olive oil over linguine!! What a cozy and fabulous home cooked meals! Highly recommend?

Delicious food with outstanding service! So kind, and fast with the food! Bread was fresh, with a well developed crust. Pasta was perfect, and sauces were very flavorful! Highly recommend

This was our 1st time and the food is amazing there was 5 of us and everything was great we will definitely be back if you are looking for great italian food you must try this place staff was so friendly

The place looks fancy. The food is great. I got penne al a vodka. The prices are very fair based on the portion. The cheese cake is only 5 bucks. The staff seem to actually come over when you need them not constantly when you don't which is good. Usually servers show up a lot or not at all and in either case it's most likely not when you need it. These servers are in my opinion the best I've seen. They seem to always be there when it matters. On top of that the salad came out about 30 seconds after ordering and the main meals came out probably 4 to 5 minutes after that. I'm insanely impressed with the speed and timing with this place. I'm not surprised it's so busy. Also if you can't find parking there's a parking lot slightly more down the road. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This place is amazing. We have been enjoying Gisellas food for years. We had the chicken parm with pasta, chicken marsala with pasta, and the grilled calamari salad with home made lemon dressing which is my favorite. A restaurant you have to try.

The food is amazing, service is impeccable and the atmosphere is great. Not to forget the prices are amazing! New favorite Italian spot in the Danbury area by FAR.
